Characteristic

Increase the number of ink balls in ductile iron during inoculation, and increase graphite nuclei in molten iron in electric furnace. Refine and homogenize the distribution of graphite in castings.

Recarburizer is an indispensable additive in the steelmaking industry. Different steels require different specifications of recarburizer. Coal-based recarburizers are widely used in the steelmaking industry.

Instructions
1. Adjust the carbon content during batching. When melting steel (iron) water according to the requirements of carbon content, add the metal charge to the lower part of the middle of the converter, and the carbon absorption rate can reach 90%-95%. When the recarburizer is not melted Do not slag, otherwise it will be easily wrapped in the waste slag, which will affect the absorption of carbon.
2. After the steel (iron) water is melted, adjust the carbon content to load the surface of the steel (iron) water. The eddy current stirring of the steel (iron) water during converter smelting makes the carbon dissolve and absorb, and the absorption rate is about 85%.
